Hao Yang

Hao is a Development Coordinator at SHS. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the development process, having previously worked as an intern architect. With a strong background in market research, trend analysis, report preparation, and pro forma modelling for acquisition, disposition, valuation, and sensitivity analysis, he is a proficient user of Excel and possesses excellent analytical skills.

Hao is particularly passionate about affordable housing and strives to promote a mixed-income, mixed-use society with a transit-oriented focus. He hopes to learn more about the policies and development process at SHS while leveraging his existing skills and knowledge to facilitate new funding sources like impact investing, which can create greater opportunities for affordable housing initiatives.
