Tristina is a community development planner with expertise in affordable housing, real estate finance and social purpose real estate. Tristina most recently held the role of Director, Social Purpose Real Estate for Artscape, where she led the execution of projects in predevelopment with a focus on affordable housing and community and cultural infrastructure. Prior to this role, Tristina supported real estate strategy and planning for the City of Toronto's real estate portfolio at CreateTO.

Tristina began her career at the MaRS Centre for Impact Investing where she engaged impact investors and provided capacity building and technical assistance to start-up social enterprises seeking social finance investment.
