Development Manager, Affordable Housing

Témo is an experienced housing development manager with over 10 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, and prefab industries. Throughout his career, Témo has been involved in every phase of project development, from concept to completion, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

With a passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions, Témo has played a crucial role in the successful completion of several complex residential, industrial and commercial projects across Canada. Témo's extensive experience with prefab and modular solutions has given him a unique perspective on the industry and a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations to develop affordable housing projects.

As a Certified Associate in Project Management, he is highly skilled in project management, scheduling, quality control and project leadership.

Témo is actively leading various feasibility and development projects across the GTHA.
