Dalton Wudrich

Senior Consultant

Dalton is a multi-disciplinary Senior Consultant who has recently joined SHS. His work focuses on creating housing policy recommendations that synthesize housing market analysis, local urban planning regimes, need and demand assessments, best practice review, community input and project pro forma analysis.

He has interests in the sustainability of social housing, social implications of technology and traditional asset management.

During the summery months, his spare time is consumed by preserving a 200-year old off-grid farmhouse and outbuildings.

Current work

Dalton is working on the City of Ottawa’s inclusionary housing policy and financial viability analysis. He is also working on an end of operating analysis for Spruce Lodge Non Profit Housing, and an ONPHA Solutions Lab project focused on the modernization of the NFP sector, to better respond as a sector to the end of operating agreements.
