Andrew joined SHS in June 2019. Andrew’s primary area of focus is affordable housing development, with a secondary role assisting in housing research studies and policy development projects. With a background in urban and regional planning, Andrew often assists with site research, preparing development applications, and planning policy research and analysis.

Andrew is heavily involved in his community, volunteering with safe-cycling advocacy group Cycle Toronto, and holds an advisory board position with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.
